Huge rewards for persistence



If one quality stands out when you're trying to get a business off the ground, it may well be persistence - just never giving up despite the odds against you. Carolyn Creswell, owner and CEO of Carman's Fine Foods, knows all about that. She now exports muesli and other healthy food products to 23 countries but, as she tells Bob Kearsley, that was all a distant dream when she started out as an 18-year-old student.
