'Right to Disconnect' law explained

A new law has been introduced to address the blurring boundaries between work and personal life.

The 'Right to Disconnect' bill allows employees to refuse to monitor, read, or respond to contact from their employer outside of working hours, unless the refusal is unreasonable.
