'Point & Click' Managers



No, a fast business decision is not necessarily a good one.

Yet so many business leaders feel they must make a quick decision and hide behind emails to do it, according to business consultant and social commentator Fabian Dattner, of Dattner Grant.

The company has published the findings of a comprehensive survey of executives across Australia which found that email decision-making is creating social laziness.

Fabian Dattner calls it the "point and click phenomenon".
