Don't confuse strong opinions with strong leadership.

Times have changed, and the way we make business decisions these days needs to be flexible to accommodate different opinions.

That’s the message from author and speaker Alan Hargreaves, who says we should be careful of those with ‘strong opinions’ which are often based on ego or negative emotions like anger or fear. Instead, we should embrace ‘sound opinions’ which are more evidence-based and consensus-driven.
