Property Investing: A Different Approach
  If you want to make money out of property, think differently! So says Steve McKnight who, at the age of 34, has already carved a life of independence through property investing. A former chartered accountant with an international career ahead of him, Steve McKnight chose instead to step back and start his own business, focusing on wealth creation through property. He now runs several businesses including a charity foundation, and he's written several books, including his latest, "From 0 to 260-plus Properties in 7 Years", due out this month. So how did he get best value from all those properties? Well, that's where his different approach comes in.
