New Report: Beware Customer Backlash
How do your customers see your company's ethics and morals?
According to the latest Eye on Australia study conducted by advertising giant, Grey Worldwide, more than two thirds of consumers don't trust big companies, and believe they lack morals, ethics and generosity of spirit.
The study also shows that consumers are ready to lash back and refuse to buy products from those companies.
So what should businesses do about it?
