Sounds so obvious that you may wonder why I ask the question.

But according the business coach George Norris, it's a question we should all ask ourselves, because believe it or not, many of us get it wrong. And that means missed opportunities.

George Norris says that big companies too can misread their market and he cites an example given by Edward de Bono, who was called in to help the Ford Motor Company at a time of dwindling sales.
