Stop Selling!



The best form of selling is to "stop selling".

So writes American-born, now Australian-based sales trainer, Chris Helder, in his new book, "Stop! $elling - the art of reading the client and winning the business".

He says the most effective selling technique comprises four ingredients - connection, gaining information, presentation, and realising the sale.
