Generation Y is gaining a strong foothold in business. Indeed, some Generation Y people even run their own businesses.
They're the ones under the age of 27. They grew up with all the technology that some of us struggle with, and sometimes they appear to know it all. Peter Sheahan is a Generation Y man.
