If a potential customer knows nothing about you or your business, they're going to pay attention to online reviews. So how do you ensure they're mostly positive?

Josh Kelly has developed a custom API (application programming interface) for businesses to install on their website for customer reviews. Rather than asking customers to rate your business, it asks you to rate the particular service of your employee. By naming him or her, the process is humanised and that generates more favourable reviews. But if by chance the review is poor, the system also helps you intercept with the customer to rectify things before bad comments appear.
