Established in 1974, Parker & Sons offers heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services in Phoenix, Arizona. Along the way, it has built a culture of looking after its people and its people looking after its customers. Josh Kelly says it’s the one-percenters – those small improvements in all areas – which has lifted the company beyond its competitors, to achieve annual revenue exceeding $US100 million.
