No, it's not all about YOU in this new convergent world!

The business world has changed forever as a result of the internet, and we must adapt too if we want to survive. So says Marshall Thurber, US visionary speaker, lawyer and businessman who's been visiting Australia recently to run some workshops on 21st century success strategies as part of the Burklyn Business School he co-founded in the USA.

One of his messages is to stop trying to be interesting and instead, start being interested - start focussing intently on your customers. In this interview, Marshall Thurber starts by asking you to think of someone truly influencial in your past. Was it because they were interesting - or interested in you? There's your answer.
